I received my Master of Arts in Education Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Mathematics and a certification in the field of Information, Technology, and Scientific Literacy. My dissertation work involves a case study of secondary educators’ use of guided inquiry to increase student engagement in mathematics. As an active collaborator with the USD 497 District Math Leadership Team for the past six years I am committed to equity, excellence, and engagement of all learners. 2018-2019 school year marks the start of my twelfth year as a professional educator and second as a Secondary Instructional Learning Coach.
